Great location with easy access to transportation, including tram and metro. Clean and well-equipped rooms with stunning views of Bosphorus and Golden Horn. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. Delicious breakfast with plenty of vegan options. Good value for the price.

Great value for money. The front desk staff were very helpful. This hotel is very secure and located in a bustling area with easy access to transportation and many tourist attractions. The rooms were very modern and clean.

The view on the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus is magnificent! Perfect location: tramway, historical tunel, lots of ferries are just next to the hotel. Friendly staff, especially Harun and Mustapha, who provided warm welcoming, kindness, and great service. We already miss Istanbul and will come back soon!

The location of this hotel is perfect! I loved being near the Galata Bridge with its many great restaurants. The room service and housekeeping are great, and the airport shuttle was super convenient. The room itself had everything I needed, like an electric kettle, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. Plus, the staff was so friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great amenities and helpful staff.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all major attractions and public transportation. Comfortable and clean rooms with all necessary amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service.
Mediocre food options with a disappointing breakfast and New Year's Eve dinner. Inconvenient and expensive parking arrangement.

The rooftop restaurant provided amazing views of the Bosphorus and the traditional Turkish dishes were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mustafa who assisted me in changing a flat tire.

The hotel offers clean and new facilities, with a lovely view of the Bosphorus from some rooms. The friendly service from staff, especially Cedat at reception and Mr Fatih at the door, is noteworthy.
The Wi-Fi signal could be better, leading to connectivity issues.

The hotel staff was really good - professional, helpful, and cute. The location is perfect, with easy access to all areas of Istanbul. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fine view of the Bosphorus. The breakfast spread was delicious and the terrace offered a amazing view of the city.
